二、秸稈拆解揉絲機(jī)的工作原理：

拆解揉絲機(jī)原理是利用錘片的擊打、推揉力量將竹片、木片、稻草、麥草、蘆葦?shù)仍?/span>拆解、分絲細(xì)化的設(shè)備。錘片安裝在中間傳動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)子上，轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的離心力讓錘片向四周輻射張開，產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈?guī)岷偷膿舸蛉啻炅α浚?/span>配合設(shè)備內(nèi)部類似于搓衣板的襯板反揉搓作用將原料擊打撕裂分絲。設(shè)備下半部是過濾篩板，出料大小、細(xì)度由篩板孔徑的大小來控制。網(wǎng)孔大則出料粗，網(wǎng)孔小則出料細(xì)。用于草料揉絲時(shí)需要配置高壓引風(fēng)機(jī)引力出料，防止物料被揉搓時(shí)間過長損傷纖維。配和拉料風(fēng)機(jī)加快出料速度，降低設(shè)備內(nèi)部溫度。

二、Working principle of straw disassembling and kneading machine：

The principle of straw disassembling and kneading equipment is to disassemble, shred and refine bamboo chips, wood chips, straw, wheat straw, reed and other raw materials by using the beating and kneading power of hammer。The hammer piece is installed on the intermediate transmission rotor, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor makes the hammer piece radiate and spread around, generating a strong and gentle beating and kneading force, and the raw materials are beaten and torn to separate wires in cooperation with the anti-kneading effect of the lining plate similar to the clothes rubbing plate inside the equipment。The lower part of the equipment is a filter sieve plate, and the size and fineness of the discharge are controlled by the size of the sieve plate aperture. Large mesh leads to coarse discharge and small mesh leads to fine discharge.When it is used for grass kneading, it is necessary to configure high pressure induced draft fan to pull out material to prevent the material from being kneaded for too long to damage the fiber. Equipped with pulling fan to speed up the discharging speed and reduce the internal temperature of the equipment.
