一、高濃碎紙制漿機簡介:
高濃度碎紙制漿機是廢紙脫墨制漿的高濃揉搓碎解設備。適用于書本紙、靜電復印紙、報表雜志紙、報紙等廢紙(紙漿濃度為10-16%)。廢紙通過機械力、熱水浸泡和表面活性劑的滲透軟化、脫墨劑和剝離劑的共同作用,使其軟化、分散、油墨分離,將印刷的油墨從紙張表面和纖維上剝離。

二、高濃度碎紙制漿機的特點:
1、高濃度碎漿機具有碎漿濃度高的特點,碎漿濃度在12%-18%之間,用于廢紙脫墨漿的處理可大大降低漿料加熱能耗和化學藥品的消耗量,紙頁和纖維之間摩擦力量大、通過螺旋絞龍的剝離疏解效果好,促使油墨粒子從纖維上更快地剝離和分散;而且對單根纖維幾乎沒有切斷作用;對雜質的破壞作用小等優(yōu)點。
2、放料稀釋裝置能使高濃漿料無須在碎漿機筒體內稀釋而直接放料,大大縮短高濃漿料的放料時間,降低設備動力,節(jié)約電耗,能均勻準確的控制漿料的濃度。
