一、多輥篩分除塵機特征性能介紹：

二、進入原料要求及工作原理：

要求投入原料長度在3-8厘米之間，由切草機切草后直接送至多輥篩分除塵機內，該設備一般由4-6組翻拋輥組成，輥子的周圍安裝著翻拋草料的叉板，類似于羊角，所以我們也稱之為羊角輥。每組翻料輥的底部都裝有過濾泥砂的篩板，篩板裝拆采用快插式結構設計，便于快速抽出和更換。麥秸物料由進料口進入篩分除塵器。在羊角輥高速旋轉并不斷向前運動的同時，給料機翻轉，給料機在此過程中實現了篩分、除渣過程。將混入麥秸中間的泥、細砂、粉塵等雜質進行摔打、拋擲、分離，較重的泥、砂通過底部的篩孔落下，與麥秸原料分離。頂部的空氣除塵裝置將極細的粉塵吸出并分離。細粉塵進入除塵設備的脈沖除塵器收集凈化后的空氣后在高空放。干凈的稻、麥草秸稈從水平出料口拋入皮帶機，進入下一道工序。
