一、多輥篩分除塵機(jī)特征性能介紹：

多輥篩分除塵機(jī)是配套秸稈清潔制漿工藝流程中的備料設(shè)備，功能是篩分、除塵凈化作用。適用于麥草、稻草、蘆葦、蔗渣等原料。收購的草類秸稈原料內(nèi)總會(huì)夾雜著部分泥、砂、土塵等雜質(zhì)，這部分雜質(zhì)不篩除，會(huì)對(duì)后續(xù)設(shè)備造成嚴(yán)重磨損及破壞，還會(huì)影響制成的纖維灰分大、質(zhì)量不合格的因素。

二、進(jìn)入原料要求及工作原理：

要求投入原料長(zhǎng)度在3-8厘米之間，由切草機(jī)切草后直接送至多輥篩分除塵機(jī)內(nèi)，該設(shè)備一般由4-6組翻拋輥組成，輥?zhàn)拥闹車惭b著翻拋草料的叉板，類似于羊角，所以我們也稱之為羊角輥。每組翻料輥的底部都裝有過濾泥砂的篩板，篩板裝拆采用快插式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，便于快速抽出和更換。麥秸物料由進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入篩分除塵器。在羊角輥高速旋轉(zhuǎn)并不斷向前運(yùn)動(dòng)的同時(shí)，給料機(jī)翻轉(zhuǎn)，給料機(jī)在此過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)了篩分、除渣過程。將混入麥秸中間的泥、細(xì)砂、粉塵等雜質(zhì)進(jìn)行摔打、拋擲、分離，較重的泥、砂通過底部的篩孔落下，與麥秸原料分離。頂部的空氣除塵裝置將極細(xì)的粉塵吸出并分離。細(xì)粉塵進(jìn)入除塵設(shè)備的脈沖除塵器收集凈化后的空氣后在高空放。干凈的稻、麥草秸稈從水平出料口拋入皮帶機(jī)，進(jìn)入下一道工序。
