一、螺旋壓榨破碎機技術(shù)特征：

螺旋壓榨破碎機顧名思義就是，利用強制擠壓技術(shù)將木片、竹片等原料利用螺旋壓縮原理強制擠壓，至原料結(jié)構(gòu)破裂，將植物纖維之間的水份、糖份、植物膠等成分通過強制壓榨擠出來一部分。擠出木材、竹子植物內(nèi)的汁液后，將顯著降低蒸煮制漿過程中溶解的木質(zhì)素，縮短蒸煮軟化時間，降低溶解液的處理成本...壓榨脫水后的原料中空、結(jié)構(gòu)疏松，有利于藥液的吸收，縮短蒸煮時間。擠壓后的纖維對藥液吸收快，藥液容易進入纖維內(nèi)，使原料中的木質(zhì)素快速降解。

低溫浸泡的竹片、木片經(jīng)本設(shè)備壓榨脫水后含水率低于50%，達到了壓榨脫水的極限，方便了運輸，降低了運輸成本。擠壓的另一個優(yōu)點是保護纖維，因為竹子、桉樹、楊樹等植物生長速度快，纖維短。為了保護纖維的長度和強度，打漿和打漿前的備料和前處理是非常重要的。
