一、螺旋壓榨破碎機技術特征：

螺旋壓榨破碎機顧名思義就是，利用強制擠壓技術將木片、竹片等原料利用螺旋壓縮原理強制擠壓，至原料結構破裂，將植物纖維之間的水份、糖份、植物膠等成分通過強制壓榨擠出來一部分。擠出木材、竹子植物內的汁液后，將顯著降低蒸煮制漿過程中溶解的木質素，縮短蒸煮軟化時間，降低溶解液的處理成本...壓榨脫水后的原料中空、結構疏松，有利于藥液的吸收，縮短蒸煮時間。擠壓后的纖維對藥液吸收快，藥液容易進入纖維內，使原料中的木質素快速降解。
