二、設(shè)備優(yōu)勢對比：

   1、帶式壓濾機(jī)沖洗網(wǎng)子耗水量大，網(wǎng)帶更換費(fèi)用高，膠輥磨損、軸承進(jìn)水損壞等費(fèi)用高，不可避免。占地面積大，工作環(huán)境不衛(wèi)生，易損件費(fèi)用高等缺點(diǎn)。

   2、污泥離心機(jī)配用動(dòng)力大，電耗高，噪音大，更換易損件維修費(fèi)用高。

   3、板框壓濾機(jī)雖然出泥含水率低，但脫水停留時(shí)間長，不能連續(xù)工作，投資大，運(yùn)行成本高，工人和機(jī)械勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大。如果不是含重金屬的危廢污泥不建議使用。

二、Comparison of equipment advantages：

 2、Sludge centrifuges are equipped with large power, high power consumption and noise, and the maintenance cost of replacing wearing parts is high.

3、Although the moisture content of the sludge produced by the plate-and-frame filter press is low, the dewatering retention time is long, it can not work continuously, the investment is large, the operating cost is high, and the labor intensity of workers and machinery is high. If it is not hazardous waste sludge containing heavy metals, it is not recommended.
