一、單螺旋壓榨脫水機：

單螺旋壓榨脫水機是我公司自主研發的一款新產品，該設備有占地面積小，配用動力小，生產能力大，出料含水率低等特點。本機適用范圍廣，可用于木纖維、竹纖維、草類纖維的壓榨脫水，中藥廠藥渣壓榨提取藥液。也適用于屠宰廠牛、羊胃內草料的脫水。造紙制漿行業的化學蒸煮漿的黑液提取。再生紙脫墨漿生產制漿線的漿料濃縮洗滌、油墨分離，熱分散系統前的漿料濃縮，壓榨脫水等等。

一、Single screw press dehydrator：

Single screw press dehydrator is a new product independently developed by our company, which has the characteristics of small floor space, low power, large production capacity and low water content in the discharge. This machine has a wide application range, and can be used for squeezing and dewatering wood fiber, bamboo fiber and grass fiber, and squeezing and extracting liquid medicine from residue of Chinese medicine factory。

It is also suitable for dehydration of forage in the stomachs of cattle and sheep in slaughterhouses. Black liquor extraction of chemical cooking pulp in papermaking and pulping industry. The pulp concentration and washing, ink separation, pulp concentration before thermal dispersion system, press dehydration and so on in the pulping line of deinked pulp production of recycled paper。

二．工作原理：

工作原理是由一根通過改變螺旋距離、加粗螺旋軸的方式，將原料不斷推進，經過螺距逐漸變小和軸徑逐漸加粗的方式，縮小物料運行空間，物料在螺旋推送前進的同時受到螺旋和濾鼓之間空間壓縮，強制壓榨力達到物料脫水的目的。由于出料口是被止推閥堵住的，必須要有一定的壓力才能從出料口擠出，所以物料在這里得到了更進一步的壓榨脫水過程。止推閥的壓力是可以調整的，所以能很好的控制出料的含水率。被強制壓榨出的濾液穿過濾鼓縫（孔）順暢的排出，流入濾液收集槽，通過封閉的管道排出。被擠干的原料則經出料口方向排出。

二．principle of operation：

The working principle is that by changing the screw distance and thickening the screw shaft, the raw material is continuously pushed forward, and the running space of the material is reduced by gradually decreasing the pitch and gradually thickening the shaft diameter. The material is compressed by the space between the screw and the filter drum while being pushed forward by the screw, and the pressing force is forced to achieve the purpose of material dehydration。Because the outlet is blocked by the thrust valve, it must have a certain pressure to be squeezed out from the outlet, so the material is further squeezed and dehydrated here. The pressure of the plugging thrust valve can be adjusted, so the water content of the discharge can be well controlled. The filtrate after forced extrusion is discharged smoothly through the gap (hole) of the filter cartridge, flows into the filtrate collection tank, and is discharged through the closed pipeline. The extruded raw materials are discharged through the direction of the discharge port。The equipment has the advantages of unique design, superior performance, small matching power, large production capacity, reasonable structure, small floor space and convenient operation.。

三、單螺旋擠壓脫水機用途：

1、中藥制藥廠的藥液提取，藥渣壓榨濾汁。

2、制漿造紙企業的化學漿的黑液提取和濃縮洗滌。

3、再生制漿廠家洗滌漿料的理想設備，紙塑分離廠家的漿料脫水設備，脫水后降低運輸成本。

4、屠宰廠的牛、羊、、鴨、豬糞便壓榨脫水。
